silk hanky tells in great detail the "Story of Silk". 26 separate drawings
depict each step along the way from the egg-laying of the moths to the
finished fabric. The photo shows only the portion of the hanky that fit
on the scanner. Hanky measures about 16 1/2 inches square. There are a
few small, faint spots on the hanky that I have not attempted to remove.

It
was impossible to capture the beauty of this shimmering silk scarf with
my scanner. It is a soft, lemony gold color with the designs in silver.
Exquisite detail in the depictions of famous Paris landmarks including:
The Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Opera, Notre Dame, Moulin Rouge, and
more! Scarf measures 12 inches wide and 46 inches long. There is one faint,
circular smudge in the background, near the middle of the scarf. It looks
something like the irregular edge of a water mark. It's not very obvious
at first glance. Aside from that, the scarf is in excellent condition.
